At ISR Oahu, we are committed to providing high-quality survival swim instruction with limited class availability to ensure each student receives personalized attention. Because of this, we ask that all families carefully review their schedules before booking.
Booking Commitment
Please make sure you are able to attend all scheduled lesson dates and time slots prior to booking. By reserving a lesson slot, you are securing a dedicated time that is no longer available to other families.
No Refund Policy
All bookings are final. Once lessons are scheduled and confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed lessons, scheduling conflicts, or changes in availability.
Attendance Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the student attends all scheduled sessions on time. Missed lessons will not be refunded or rescheduled.
