ISR Oahu's Terms & Conditions
Welcome to ISR Oahu. By enrolling your child in our survival swim lessons, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before booking
1. Enrollment and Scheduling
All lesson bookings are subject to availability. By selecting your lesson dates and times, you are reserving a dedicated slot. Please ensure you are able to attend all scheduled sessions, as consistency is critical to your child’s progress and safety.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment is required to secure your booking. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once lessons are booked, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
3. Attendance and Punctuality
Students are expected to arrive on time for each lesson. Late arrivals may result in shortened lesson time. Missed lessons will not be refunded or rescheduled.
4. Health and Safety Requirements
Parents or guardians must disclose all relevant health conditions, medical history, and concerns during registration. This information is essential for providing safe instruction. ISR Oahu reserves the right to pause or discontinue lessons if a child’s health or behavior presents a safety concern.
5. Parental Responsibility
A parent or guardian must remain present and attentive during all lessons. You are responsible for supervising your child when they are not actively in instruction.
6. Assumption of Risk
By enrolling in ISR Oahu lessons, you acknowledge that participation in swim instruction carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your child’s participation.
7. Limitation of Liability
ISR Oahu and its staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in lessons, except where required by law.
8. Photo and Video Release
By enrolling in ISR Oahu lessons, you grant permission for ISR Oahu to take photos and videos of your child during lessons and to use these images and recordings for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media platforms, and YouTube.
If you do not wish for your child’s images or videos to be used, you must notify ISR Oahu in writing prior to the start of lessons.
9. Privacy
All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will remain confidential.
10. Policy Agreement
By booking lessons with ISR Oahu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Refund and Privacy Policies.
